For years NEPTCO has provided water-blocking technology for all types of cable applications and component materials. Our Powerline® tapes for energy cables feature superior tensile strength and a thin, pinhole-free profile to optimize your power cable performance. Our Aquablok® tapes are designed to protect your cable from the damaging effects of water, containing super absorbent polymers (SAP) which swell rapidly upon contact to form an impenetrable shield within the cable that provides continuous protection over repeated exposure and varying temperatures.
